We want you to love what arrives. If anything about your Vesperie order isn’t right, we’ll make it right — simply, and without fuss. Here’s exactly how, depending on what’s happened.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect
This is the one we care about most, and we keep it painless. Email us at contact@vesperie.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo or a short video showing the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you’d prefer — and there’s no need to send anything back. So we can put things right as quickly as possible, it helps to get in touch as soon as you notice the problem.
If you’ve simply changed your mind
Sometimes a piece isn’t quite the fit you pictured, and that’s alright. Get in touch within 30 days of delivery and we’ll find the right solution together — whether that’s an exchange, store credit, or a return of unused items in their original packaging. Because every order ships from our partners overseas, we’ll always walk you through the simplest option for your situation rather than putting you through unnecessary shipping.
How refunds work
Once a refund is approved, we process it to your original payment method within 2–3 business days. After that, your bank or card provider may take a few more days to post the funds to your account — this final step sits with them rather than with us.
If a refund is slow to appear
If a week has passed and your refund still isn’t showing, it’s worth checking your account once more, then with your bank or card provider, as posting times vary. If you’ve done that and it still hasn’t arrived, email us at contact@vesperie.com and we’ll chase it down with you.
If your order doesn’t arrive
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but it isn’t there — or it seems genuinely lost along the way — let us know and we’ll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund. It’s worth a quick check with neighbours or your building’s mail area first, as carriers occasionally mark parcels delivered a day before they land.
A small request
Whatever’s happened, please reach out before sending anything back — packages returned without arranging it with us first, or sent to the wrong address such as the manufacturer, can’t be traced or refunded. Keeping your order confirmation handy helps us find everything quickly.
Items bought on promotion
Pieces bought during a promotional sale can always be replaced or refunded if they arrive damaged or faulty, but aren’t eligible for change-of-mind returns.
