Shipping Policy

Every Vesperie order is prepared by hand and sent on its way with care. Below is everything you can expect, from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives — written plainly, so there are no surprises.

After you order

Once your order is placed, we take 1–2 business days to prepare and pack it. You’ll receive a confirmation email straight away, and a second email with your tracking link the moment your order ships.

When your order will arrive

Most orders within the United States arrive within 9–16 business days of shipping. (Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays, so this runs a little longer than the same number of calendar days.) Together with processing, most orders reach you within roughly two to three weeks of ordering.

Why considered things take a little time

Our pieces ship from our fulfillment partners overseas, and this is a path we’ve chosen deliberately. It lets us work closely with the makers who produce our pieces to the standard we hold them to, rather than cutting corners to rush them out. We’d rather your order arrive a few days later and be exactly right. Every shipment travels with established global carriers and is tracked from our hands to your door.

Following along

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey. If you ever misplace it, simply reach out and we’ll send it again.

Customs and duties

Any import duties or taxes that apply to your order are already taken care of — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay, with nothing further to settle on delivery.

Occasional delays

Once in a while, things outside our control — customs clearance, weather, or busy seasonal periods — can add a few days to a delivery. If anything looks held up, reach out and we’ll look into it with the carrier personally. And should an order ever be significantly delayed, you’re always welcome to cancel for a full refund before it ships.
